Look, we know that when a new piece of furniture doesn’t quite fit your space or match your comfort, it is incredibly frustrating. You wanted a finished room, not a return hassle. If your order didn’t work out, don’t sweat it. We are here to make this process as smooth and painless as possible so you can get back to setting up your home. Here is the quick, no-nonsense breakdown of how we handle returns.
In Alberta, commercial retail and online operations are primarily governed by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). This legislation ensures a fair marketplace by regulating how products are advertised, priced, and sold.
FORWARD FURNITURE EDMONTON respects and adheres to these laws. We pride ourselves on an ethical code of conduct.
Standard Furniture Returns & Exchanges
In-Stock Products
If you purchased an in-stock product, you may request a return to original payment type, provided the item is:
- Returned within 10 days of purchase
- Unused & in its original packaging
- In SELLABLE NEW CONDITION
- Customer responsible for return delivery
Just to be clear, with furniture missing packaging, (including but not limited to): manuals, bags, boxes, foam, electrical cords, feet, screws, labels, tages and the like, it is not considered “NEW.” With missing items we will have to sell your return at a discount to the next customer. Your return will be inspected for missing items, damage, soiled surfaces, etc. This could result of a restock fee determined by Forward Furniture Edmonton.
Special Order Products
If you purchased a special order product they are non-returnable. Please tripple-check your measurements, configuration requirements, colour choice, fabric softness, roughness, cuteness and cuddliness needs prior to purchase. This includes Ashley Furniture and Serta Simmons Beautyrest Bedding.
Massage Chairs, Cabinet Beds, & Infrared Saunas
We want you to be happy with your purchase of your Forward Furniture Edmonton item. We encourage or almost demand people DO NOT BUY ONLINE for such a personal and individual based items. The following is subject to these returns:
