We are located at 12019 160 Street NW Edmonton T5V1G7. It is the last unit on the north end of an unassuming two-tone grey office strip complex.
What are your store hours?
WE are OPEN daily 11:30AM to 5:30PM.

Do you have everything in stock?
No we do not. We do our best to stock our warehouse with Sofa Beds, Massage Chairs, Cabinet Beds, etc. Please contact us before you come to ensure stock on hand.
Is assembly required?
In most cases, yes. Sofas need the legs screwed on, table sets need assembly as well as bedframes etc.. It helps with getting it into your space, without damaging the place. Easy instructions and help is a phone call away.
How are your prices so much lower than big-box stores?
It isn’t magic—it’s just cutting out the corporate “bloat.” Big-box stores have big-box bills (fancy mall rent and massive advertising budgets) that you end up paying for.
Here is how we keep our prices lower:
1. Factory Direct
We source our furniture directly from makers Overseas, Canada, and the USA. By shipping straight to our Edmonton warehouse, we skip the national distributors and “wholesalers” who each add their own markup.
2. Lower Overhead
We are in the middle of nowhere. Ok, maybe not quite but…..We don’t pay for high-rent mall spaces. Our showroom is right at our 160 Street warehouse. When we save on rent and fancy displays, you save on the price tag.
3. No Middlemen
We handle the logistics and the supply chain ourselves. There is no “chain of command” taking a slice of the pie before the furniture gets to you.
The Bottom Line: You’re paying for the quality of the chair or mattress, not the name on a giant corporate building.
Do you offer financing?
Yes we do! We offer Flexiti Financing. There are many great programs that offer buy now and pay later, zero % interest, etc
Is the price on the website the same as in-store?
Our local website does not reflect pricing. Please contact us and we would be happy to give you the best price possible.
What makes your Massage Chairs different?
Technically speaking? Not a whole lot. Most high-end chairs, including ours, feature SL-Tracks, Zero Gravity, and body scanning.
The real difference is the ‘Furniture Fella’ backup. A lot of companies sell you a chair and then disappear. If a motor goes or a sensor acts up, you’re stuck waiting weeks for parts to ship from overseas or hoping a technician from another province can fly in or pack that chair up and send to Toronto.
At Forward Furniture Edmonton, we service what we sell. We keep an inventory of parts right here in our Edmonton store. Local service, local parts, zero runaround.

What is the warranty on your furniture?
Mattresses: 10-year non-prorated warranty.
Cabinet Beds: 3-year warranty.
Saunas: 1- year labour & lifetime parts.
Other Furniture: 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
